01Company and scope

These proposed terms cover the Polyque Games website and describe general conditions for accessing our game information. Any applicable game licence and store terms also apply; this document does not replace a store’s licence agreement.

02Using the website and games

Use the website and games lawfully and respect other players. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, distribute malware, exploit other users or misrepresent your identity to obtain access or purchases.

Where a game includes multiplayer features, cheating, abusive conduct and interference with other players may be subject to that game’s published rules.

Pending confirmation: Game-specific enforcement rules, account suspension procedures and appeal routes must be confirmed before these terms take effect.

03Accounts and eligibility

Some Polyque Games titles offer Sign in with Apple. Keep access to your sign-in method secure. Never share a password or verification code in a support request.

Check the relevant store listing for content ratings and compatibility. The publisher has stated that its games are not directed to children; specific eligibility conditions must be reviewed for each title.

04Purchases and paid features

Some games offer in-app purchases and may use RevenueCat to manage access to paid features. Before purchasing, review the price, product description and any renewal conditions displayed by the app and the relevant store.

Where a subscription is offered, its billing period, cancellation and renewal conditions must be shown before purchase. Account deletion is separate from subscription management; review your store subscriptions before deleting an account.

Applicable store procedures and mandatory consumer rights govern purchases and refunds. Nothing in these proposed terms is intended to remove a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Pending confirmation: Confirm which games offer subscriptions, consumable items, one-time purchases and purchase restoration. This draft does not announce products or recurring charges that have not been verified.

05Game materials and external links

Polyque Games’ branding, artwork, trailers and game materials remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Access to this website does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant a general commercial reuse licence.

Links to the App Store, Google Play or other third-party services lead to services governed by their own terms and policies. Availability can depend on the country, device and store account.

06Availability and updates

Features, compatibility information and development materials may change. Concept presentations and promotional previews should be read alongside the current game description and release information.

These proposed terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Pending confirmation: Confirm the contracting entity’s applicable law, dispute-resolution provisions and any product-specific warranty terms with legal counsel. No arbitration clause or jurisdiction waiver has been inserted.
