01Company and scope

These terms apply to the Polyque Games website and our games, including Blimp Merge, Cat Trap and Marble Country Race. Any applicable game licence, additional game rules and store terms also apply. These terms do not replace the agreement governing your Apple or Google store account.

02Using the website and games

Use our services lawfully and respect other players. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, distribute malware, exploit other users, cheat or misrepresent your identity to obtain access or purchases. Do not use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Where multiplayer features are offered, any additional rules displayed in that game apply. Contact mert@polyque.com to report abuse or ask us to review an account-access issue.

03Accounts and eligibility

Online games that offer Sign in with Apple use it for authentication. Keep your sign-in method secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Never share passwords or verification codes with support.

Our games are not directed to children. Check the store listing for content ratings, device compatibility and applicable eligibility requirements. Obtain a parent’s or guardian’s involvement where required by applicable law.

You can request deletion of your account and associated game data using the Account & Data Deletion page. Deletion can permanently remove saved progress; uninstalling the app is not the same as requesting account deletion.

04Purchases and paid features

Blimp Merge, Cat Trap and Marble Country Race use RevenueCat to help manage purchases and entitlements. Available products and prices are those displayed in the game and the relevant store. Review the product description, price and any billing or renewal conditions before confirming a purchase.

If a subscription is offered, the terms shown at purchase govern its billing and renewal. Manage or cancel it through the store where you purchased it. Account deletion and app removal do not themselves cancel a store subscription. Use the game’s restoration option where available for eligible purchases; consumable items and deleted game progress may not be restorable.

Store procedures and applicable consumer law govern billing and refund requests. Contact us for help identifying the appropriate support route. Nothing here removes a mandatory refund, warranty or other consumer right.

05Game materials and external links

Branding, artwork, trailers, game software and other materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may access our services for their intended personal use, subject to these terms and the applicable game licence. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a general commercial reuse licence.

App Store, Google Play and other external links lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Availability may depend on your country, device and store account.

06Availability, updates and your rights

Services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Features and compatibility can change through updates. Promotional previews and concept presentations should be read alongside the current game description and release information; they are not a promise of uninterrupted service or every future feature.

These terms do not limit liability, legal remedies or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may contact us to resolve a concern without giving up access to courts, consumer bodies or other remedies available under applicable law.

These terms take effect on 12 September 2026. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date, with additional notice where required by law.
