01Who is responsible

02Information and purposes

Polyque Games has confirmed that its portfolio includes advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, crash reporting and, in some games, Sign in with Apple. The following categories are proposed for review against each game’s actual configuration:

• Accounts: a game account identifier and information shared through Sign in with Apple, such as a name or email address where requested and supplied. A private relay address may be used instead of a personal email. These details support sign-in and account access.
• Purchases: purchase and subscription records, product identifiers, entitlement status and app user identifiers used to validate purchases, restore eligible access and manage paid features through the store and RevenueCat.
• Advertising: device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and technical information used by enabled advertising services to deliver and measure ads and address invalid activity, subject to applicable choices and requirements.
• Analytics and diagnostics: app interactions, device and app version information, installation identifiers and crash reports used to understand performance and troubleshoot errors.
• Support: contact details and information voluntarily included in a support or privacy request, used to answer and resolve that request.

Pending confirmation: Confirm the exact collected fields, optional attributes, permissions, game progress storage and purposes for Blimp Merge, Marble Country Race and Cat Trap before publication.

03Services and third parties

The declared services include those below. Their inclusion in this draft does not mean that every title uses every service:

• Apple / Sign in with Apple: account authentication in online games that offer it. Apple may share a game-specific identifier and the information authorised during sign-in. Apple’s sign-in privacy information.
• Google AdMob: mobile advertising. Google’s partner-app data information.
• Unity Ads: advertising services. Unity’s player privacy policy.
• Firebase / Google Analytics / Crashlytics: usage measurement and crash diagnostics where enabled. Firebase privacy and security information.
• RevenueCat: purchase validation and entitlement management. RevenueCat purchase-data disclosures.

Third-party documentation supplements, but does not replace, the explanation of Polyque Games’ own data practices.

04Choices and legal grounds

Enabled services vary between games. Where relevant, a consent prompt appears when the game starts. Device-level tracking or advertising settings and the choices presented in that game may affect which information is processed.

Visiting this website or accepting terms is not, by itself, consent to optional tracking. The final policy will distinguish information required to provide a requested feature from optional processing.

Pending confirmation: Verify the game-specific consent and withdrawal controls, SDK behaviour before consent, and the applicable legal basis for each purpose, including any relevant KVKK and regional privacy requirements.

05Retention and security

Polyque Games completes account-deletion requests within one week. This request-handling period is not a statement that every category of data at every service provider has the same retention period.

The final policy must also identify how long purchase, advertising, analytics, diagnostic and support information is kept, or the criteria used to determine those periods, including any justified retention after an account request.

Pending confirmation: Confirm provider-specific retention, backup deletion, security procedures and any mandatory recordkeeping obligations. Authentication through Apple alone does not establish where all other game or SDK data is stored.

06Privacy requests and deletion

For a privacy enquiry, write to mert@polyque.com. Include the game name and enough information to locate the relevant account; do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. The applicable process and any necessary identity verification will be set out in the final policy.

07Children and age suitability

Polyque Games has stated that its games are not directed to children. Store age ratings describe content suitability and do not, by themselves, establish a game’s intended audience or replace privacy obligations.

Pending confirmation: Review actual audiences, age-assurance needs and handling of any data concerning minors for each title. No unsupported minimum age is imposed by this draft.

08Website and updates

The current website presents game information, locally hosted videos and presentations, and links to external stores. The current website source does not add an advertising SDK, first-party sign-in form or analytics tracker. This does not mean that the hosting infrastructure processes no technical information.
